adidas - Kuwait City - Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Responsible for managing the market Visual Merchandising, store team, OVMs & Partner VM’s to deliver effective and commercial visual standards, including store layouts in line with brand guidelines (adidas & Reebok). To provide direction & coaching prioritizing results in key focus areas for the business ensuring VM is a profit contributor. The VM looks after Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar.
