Charterhouse is working with an established hospitality group in Kuwait who is looking to hire a Sous Chef for their soon to open European restaurant. Our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to assist overseeing the team and report to the Executive Chef. You will be involved in the full culinary side of the restaurant operations. You will assist the Executive Chef in menu design, inventory control, and all day-to-day tasks. You should be an excellent communicator, with an upbeat attitude.
