As a Sous Chef, you are responsible for assisting the Speciality Outlet Chef in the day to day operation, taking over all responsibilities during his / her absence, striving for the highest possible Guest satisfaction.
1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1.1 Prepares daily production list.
1.2 Ensures that all stations remain stocked at all times.
1.3 Ensures that all kitchen staff follow the standard receipe and food portioning.
1.4 Ensures that all dishes leaving the Kitchen are of appropriate portion and presented as per recipe and presentation standards set by the restaurant outlet.
1.5 Oversees the whole kitchen operation in the absence of his/her superior.
1.6 Attends required meetings and daily briefings with your team members ensuring efficient communication, to run the Kitchen section smoothly.
