- Greet customers and scheduling service appointments
- Explaining repairs to customers
- Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
- Handling customer complaints
- Ensure all relevant information is clearly & correctly recorded on the Job Card
- Liaise with Cashier to ensure due payment received prior to release of vehicle
- Respond promptly to telephone queries from customer
