Al-Sayer Group - Kuwait City - Job Summary/Purpose: Sell new or used vehicles in order to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction index. Responsibilities: Adhere to the Lexus sales process 100% with every prospect or customer. Deliver the daily activity levels as communicated by Senior Supervisor. Deliver the agreed monthly sales, close ratios and customer satisfaction scores as detailed in the Lexus business objectives. Receive customers on sales floor, within 60 seconds of arrival, and determine make, type, quality and specifications of vehicle desired. Explain features of vehicles in showroom and demonstrate operation of vehicles by conducting road test. Cross sell optional equipment and accessories to customers. Compute sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, discounts, and requirements for financing payments on credit.
