Charterhouse is working with an established hospitality group in Kuwait who is looking to hire a Pizza Chef for their soon to open European restaurant. Our client is looking for a dedicated Pizza Chef to oversee all things pizza in the restaurant. You will take responsibility for the full pizza operations from menu design to ingredients and suppliers as well as handling the day to day culinary operations of the pizza. The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator, with an upbeat attitude and a true enthusiasm for pizza. REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate should have at least 3 years' experience focused on pizza in a stand-alone full service casual restaurant preferably within the Middle East or Italy.
