Job Role:
Oversee the Upholstery Section and its team in the furnishing and decorating of the furniture to ensure its timely delivery to the other production / store team within the timeline and quality specifications
• Skilled in the Upholstery process and different techniques and Templates
• Knowledge of the different raw material’s specifications / properties.
• Oversee the Team’s execution of Upholstery Works for the upholstering of the furniture to ensure its delivery according to the production schedule.
• Lead and motivate the employees towards team solidarity and exemplary performance in order to maximize productivity and harmony
• Results Oriented and have the ability to plan, organize and prioritize for self and the team to meet deadlines
