- Coordinate with the advertising agency with regards to artwork amendment and requirements
- Coordinate with all publications for media bookings
- Provide vehicles specifications sheets to facilitate sales tasks & abide by government regulations
- Support sales team by providing updated vehicles specs sheet stand and maintains showroom catalogs availability
- Maintaining, compiling & distribution of new press releases on the product services and brand.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager with regards to latest press relay to team to keep them updated
- In-charge in safe keeping & fillings of approvals and marketing documents
- Dealing & Coordinating with suppliers on events that requires printing or video by showing providing multimedia requirement
- Helps in all events but not limited to launching events and exhibitions
