Initiate, implement and follow up on promotional programs in coordination with Associate Brand Managers as well as events for specific products to increase awareness, sales, market share and brand image.
Perform Category & Channel Analysis for strategic accounts to assist sales team in building strategies that drive sales in their respective areas/ Assist Sales Team in building customer relations
Work with Associate Brand Managers to deliver a price survey that gives transparency to price points on key lines for both Napco & competitors, highlighting “on & off promo effectiveness”(pricing strategy)
Evaluate promotional execution & Return on Investments
Follow up on the month to date sales to ensure achievement of the forecast / product line.
Recommend and implement activities of newly launched products.
Prepare and ensure proper implementation of the marketing plan.
Conduct weekly visits to the market with Sales Rep and Merchandisers
Implement and monitor all Below the Line campaigns pertinent to all product line.
Ensure proper coverage and availability of all products.
Ensure implementation of the plano-gram on all products
Check on a monthly basis all display units
Update on monthly basis the Competition Activities Report (CAR) and submit to Trade Marketing Manager, Associate Brand Managers & Brand Managers
Conduct Bi-Monthly price fishing, prepare comparison report with previous outputs and send findings to Trade Marketing Manager, Associate Brand Managers and Brand Managers
Prepare monthly closing sales reports, & quarterly by sector report and send them to Trade Marketing Manager, Associate Brand Managers and Brand Managers
