• Being on duty at least 15 minutes prior to the start of service.
• Going to his section after being assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor:
• Check all areas in his section for cleanliness from the previous shift:
• Throwing bad quality and write on wastage sheet after telling the Kitchen Team Leader.
• Holding the preparation list found on the allocated section.
• Starting executing daily preparation requirements on his section based on the Prep Sheet.
• Helping the Kitchen Team Leader to stock and arrange the Central Production Unit “CPU”
• Assisting during the service in the production of the menu items according to orders and Following C & G standards recipes.
• Check on food before delivering it:
• Concentrating in rush hours as well as in slow periods.
• Coordinating with the Kitchen Team Leader for permission to leave his section.
• Keeping his station area around him clean at all times:
• Holding the preparation list found on the allocated section.
• Soaping and sanitizing all equipment thoroughly
• Clean food storage containers and rotate all food:
Labeling (Production date, Expiry date, name of the item)
• Clear dish area of all dishes, putting dishes in designated area.
• Checking with the Kitchen Team Leader for any miscellaneous duties to be completed before leaving.
• Abiding by the Company’s Rules & Regulations
• Adopting the Company’s Employee Behaviors
• Performing any related tasks delegated by the Head Chef
