We are urgently looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their team

<br />Specialist is responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software/ ERP system and act as a third line support. Training and consultation and recommendation for future planning of IT resources in conjunction with the Regional IT Manager.

<b>Tasks and Responsibilities</b>
<br /> 
<br />·         Functional and technical assistance of ERP and Rental Management systems
<br />·         Training to new employees and update new technology to existing employees
<br />·         Monitoring IT department's inventory
<br />·         Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
<br />·         Serve as main point of contact on all IT related matters
<br />·         Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to
<br />·         Maintain and manage optimum inventory of hardware, software and other accessories
<br />·         Preparing and controlling IT operational and capital budgets

<br />Requirements 
<br />·         Bachelor's degree in the field of Computer Science
<br />·         Experience with ERP Systems - 3 to 4 years of experience
<br />·         Experience in working SAP Crystal Reports
<br />·         Experience in MS SQL Server / ORACLE / MySQL databases
<br />·         Familiarity in accounting principles and exposure to AR,AP,GL modules
<br />·         Knowledge in web technologies would be an added advantage
<br />·         Experience in basic network troubleshooting and hardware assembly
<br />·         Excellent language skills in English (written and spoken)
<br />·         Accurate and structured worker
<br />·         Ability to work independently
<br />·         Willing to work in a rapidly changing environment
