Alghanim Industries - Kuwait City - The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the human resource management system. We are looking for someone who has a passion for analyzing data, have experience of dealing with large data-sets and high volumes of data, as well as experience using multiple systems to retrieve data and produce reporting. Responsibilities: Analyze employee data to ensure it has been correctly maintained. Perform data audits on regular intervals. Audit new joiners files to ensure data are maintained correctly.
