As an Assistant Manager - F&B, you will be responsible for making the site ready for operations, maintain and implement F&B sales/marketing programs, availability of F&B products across all sites. You will implement the new process and training module for F&B in coordination with F&B managers, direct all menu and product development processes. You will assist and conduct training of F&B for all operational sites, assist in quarterly F&B audits at all sites for stocks, wastage and warehouse management.
