The College of the North Atlantic - Qatar is inviting nominations and applications for the position of Quality Assurance Specialist in the Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance Department. Reporting to the Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Assurance Specialist must be a proven leader with the skills and expertise necessary to support the Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance Department in fully implementing the College’s mission and vision.

Duties & Responsibilities:
This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will support in implementation of quality assurance standards in line with the strategic objectives of CNA-Q, overall standardize, and improve the performance of operations across the College.
Candidates should have an outstanding record of industry experience, and possess the qualifications necessary to be successful in the role of Quality Assurance Specialist at the College of the North Atlantic - Qatar. The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible to support the Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance Department in the following areas:
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible to support in policy development in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders and provide support in establishing quality assurance framework with processes, policies, tools, templates, guidelines and metrics.
The successful candidate will Initiate and participate in development of Quality Assurance policies, standards, processes and guidelines for the College, under the guidance of Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance Manager. The candidate will conduct research on the most appropriate and emerging regional and international quality developments, best practices as well as requirements of external quality assurance entities within the policies, standards, processes and guidelines adopted by the College.
The candidate will develop awareness amongst departments and schools regarding the College’s quality assurance policies, standards and processes and monitoring and enforcing compliance with established quality standards.
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for preparing relevant reports and documents for onward communication to external quality assurance entities (i.e. results of internal quality reviews conducted by the College, identified actions and actual actions taken since the last review etc.)
The Quality Assurance Specialist will Conducting research and identifying best practices for CNA-Q operations and procedures and suggesting areas to improve effectiveness of the college.
Establishing continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and supporting the Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance Manager in obtaining and retaining relevant certifications and accreditations of the College’s internal quality management processes.
Supporting the Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance Manager by monitoring metrics and preparing reports on assessment of quality of operations and overall effectiveness of the College.
