Gulf Connexions have been exclusively retained by one of Bahrain’s oldest Real Estate companies to recruit for a seasoned Real Estate Operations to join their re-energised team. This role would suit a self-motivated individual with in depth industry knowledge, coupled with and excellent network of contacts, to deliver new projects across the kingdom.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations of property division
• Assist in achieving strategic objectives of property division
• Assist the CEO and the Executive Committee in development of business plan and strategic objectives
• Periodically review department policies and procedures. Recommend and obtain approval for any modifications required from CEO
• Prepare forecast and maintain budgets of the property division and set the strategic direction of the department
• Accomplish department objectives by planning, developing and implementing execution plans
• Manage costs, perform cost benefit analysis, and conduct pricing negotiations with vendors & maintained
• Set Key Performance targets for the team
• Carry out annual employee performance evaluations and address performance concerns in a timely manner
• Recruit, interview and select highly skilled team members
• Responsible for business development and identifying prospective business opportunities.
