Charterhouse - Dubai - This role will take ownership of all financial aspects, linked to the planning & forecasting requirements, to support ongoing property development and investment options. This role shall also be heavily geared towards overseeing financial modelling to manage cost controls along with valuations, in generating forecasting & revenue models, in support of the investment & operational teams. In conjunction, this role is designed to produce and roll-out a strong, robust and accurate financial planning & analysis reporting platform; used to provide to up-to-date and market sensitive financial information along with dashboard commentaries to allow for decision support, price-pointing and valuation analysis.
