Charterhouse - Dubai - You will be responsible for preparing and delivering client presentations and transaction execution materials including pitch books, confidential information memoranda, management presentations etc. You will perform extensive valuation and pricing analyses, assist in all steps of the transaction execution process, support senior bankers and maintain client relations during the deal execution period as well as initiate new client relationships and expanding a business franchise within a designated industry/product sector. The successful candidate should have a strong academic record and minimum 3 years’ experience in M&A at either a bulge bracket or global boutique.
