- Conducts legal researches on factual/historical background of specific cases assigned
- Conducts researches on the latest developments in jurisprudence and other relevant matters necessary for the preparation of legal opinion
- Drafts legal documents required by the Chief Legal Officer
- Monitors stats of on-going cases, if any, and provides update report to the Chief Legal Officer
- Obtains documents/papers from government and private entities and files complaints, motions, petitions and other pleading before various courts and administrative and quasi-judicial bodies.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned by his superior from time to time
