Agility - Kuwait - Responsible for overseeing team of Administrators doing day to day operations of the IT computer systems, servers throughout the company ensuring 24/7 availability. Ensuring compliance to Information Security Policy, and reporting of security incidents. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Functional Take ownership for escalated issues, through to resolution. Co-lead and manage hardware/software selection, development, implementation, and/or the integration with other existing applications. Conduct system integration testing. Ensure timely response to work requests which include but are not limited to problem trouble-shooting, root cause analysis, executing scheduled changes, performance analysis, HW/FW maintenance, provide storage etc. Gather support requirements from clients, maintain inventory of supported environment and provide weekly reports on work activity.
