Warner Scott Recruitment - Abu Dhabi - Key accountabilities of the role: - Actively participate in supporting the strategy implementation; identify and analyze strategic opportunities across the group and within divisions; identify gaps and actions required for stakeholders to deliver these strategies. - Monitor and track progress of key strategies initiatives as agreed between the CEO and the business / function, review, test and track agreed objectives as per the collective and divisional scorecards as applicable. - Analyze and review relevant performance metrics to proactively highlight and mitigate areas of concern as well as identify focus areas pertaining to key parameters as agreed by the CEO. - Work with the CEO to build and execute an appropriate meeting framework for the senior management team.
