Kuwait - A leading Kuwaiti Investment Company is seeking a professional bilingual Executive Assistant who has excellent organizational and administrative skills to assist in managing the office of the Trading Division. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct office management activities. Professional Translation of agreements, tenders, decrees and correspondences between both languages English & Arabic. Prepare Office Correspondences. Screening telephone calls, and answering enquiries and requests. Handle incoming/outgoing emails, faxes and post. Coordinating Business Trips and Travel Plans. Generating Reports and Business Presentations. Make and record appointments, minutes of meeting, invitations and agenda. Greet and receive visitor. Manage spreadsheets. Handling petty cash.
