Selected person to head & lead a team of Mechanical design Engineers and Draftsman and hence strong leadership ability should be there within the candidate. Working experience in Design Software's like PV Elite, Intergraph Tank, AutoCAD, Pro-E, Solid works, Compress for Design is required. Minimum 17 years plus designing experience as above.
