- Minimum 10 years of post graduate experience
- Experience in major infrastructure projects or programs. Preference is given for roads, aviation, structures or rail experience
- Experience in working on latest planning tools and techniques
- Experience in risk management tools and techniques, e.g. Predict
- Experience in critical path and delay analysis techniques
- Proven advanced use of Primavera P3, P6, Excel, MS Office and other related software
