Looking for a spa manager, preferably with previous experience in spa management. You will be managing a team and most importantly you will be providing exceptional service to our guests as well as provide assistance with the retail products and provide guidance on the services the spa provides. Improve guest satisfaction through her warm and friendly manner Handles guest complaints/comments and ensures follow up. Develops strong relationships with guests. Ensures the quality of service provided for guests is making them comfortable and happy Ensures compliance with labour legislation Carries out annual performance appraisals for the reporting staff Conducts staff hiring if needed Manages and motivates personnel.
Job Duties and Tasks:
- Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
- Plan or direct spa services and programs.
- Train staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities.
- Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work.
- Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency.
- Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement.
- Establish spa budgets and financial goals.
- Inventory products and order new supplies.
