You will lead the legal aspects for the business both onshore and offshore, with regards to investments and M&A projects. This will involve advising on compliance, internal policies and procedures, post-transaction suport, outside counsel, standard forms, training amongst other areas. Requirements: 5-10 years PQE from a leading international law firm but CURRENTLY in-house with a top tier bank or investment fund based in the UK, US or Singapore. Extensive PE/VC and M&A transactional experience. Understanding of various international regulatory regimes.
