The job requirements would be the following. Market Mapping Of relevant segment and also looking for opportunities to develop parallel and alternative Sales Channel. Build up a good Sales team consisting of Merchandisers to work with. Ensure good relationship is maintained with relevant Stake Holders of business houses for ensuring a mutually beneficial business is maintained. Analyze stock levels of customers and ensure desired levels of orders are generated and on time collections are carried out. Work closely with the Merchandiser team and ensure proper distribution and displays are maintained.
