Charterhouse - Dubai - You will be responsible for preparing and delivering client presentations and transaction execution materials including pitch books, confidential information memoranda, management presentations etc., performing extensive valuation and pricing analyses, assisting in all steps of the transaction execution process as well as supporting senior bankers and maintain client relations during the deal execution period. You will also initiate new client relationships and expanding a business franchise within a designated industry/product sector. The successful candidate should have strong academic record and minimum 3 - 4 years’ M&A experience at either a bulge bracket or global boutique.
