Reporting to the Senior Vice President Human Resources, Resources Sector and Middle East & Africa this position will be responsible for delivering the activities of the Human Resources function in the region which supports several business units. This individual works closely with business leaders and managers to ensure HR programs and services are in place to support and drive business objectives. As a member of the Regional Senior Leadership Team the HR Director leverages services from the Centers of Excellence in areas such as the HR Shared Services, Talent Management & Learning, Global Mobility, and Compensation and Benefits.
