Etihad Airways - Abu Dhabi - JOB PURPOSE To provide direction and lead a team of employees in order to fulfill safety obligations of the executive management and to ensure that the organisation’s readiness for major accident investigation is maintained. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Establish and continuously refine safety policies related to safety investigations, flight data monitoring and safety response in order to be in compliance with regulations and adopting industry best practices. Develop and maintain processes and procedures related to safety investigations, flight data monitoring and safety response to ensure that they are in compliance with national (GCAA) regulations and international (IATA, ISASI, etc.) best practices. Monitor the effectiveness of these processes in order to provide continuous improvement.
