- Coordinate and supervise all work sites, supervise day-to-day operations, ensure that work is done on time within Budget, safely, follow the right quality standards, and report to your direct supervisor.
- Distribution of resources (materials, workers, transport) on sites .
- Preparing the site requirements before starting work.
- Supervision and follow-up work of subcontractors.
- Meeting with customers in the sites, play the role of teamwork to stay in touch with teams work at sites at all times, communicating with architects, designers, surveyors, and planners.
- Ensure that the work is subject to regulations, health safety / legislation, and other legal requirements of the building.
- Responsible for completion of work on deadlines.
- Prepare the work site reports, ensure the designs and drawings on a daily basis with your direct supervisor.
- Maintain quality control procedures, motivate workers, and find solutions to work problems.
