Responsibilities:
• Management of complex calendars of the Managing Director with a high level of detail.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare daily and weekly schedule briefs.
• Organize meetings including booking conference room space, organizing agenda’s and preparing materials.
• Manage travel requests and arrangements with a focus on optimizing travel spend as best possible.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage projects where required.
