Description
Participate in the formulation of general management policy as a member of the executive management team.
Manage a team of corporate counsel and other members of the legal department.- Advise the executives and employees on changes to the laws affecting the company.
- Oversee lawsuits, possibly acting as chief litigator.
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.
Profile- LLB/JD/LLM qualified with 10 years post qualifying experience
- Knowledge of both international and local (GCC) laws
- Diversified industry experience (ideally coming from a family group or holding company)
