Etihad Airways - Abu Dhabi - This role is tasked with ensuring the adoption of analytics in any shape or form by business users through training, how-to guides and FAQ content development, moderating Teams user groups, email comms and similar. The role will ensure the adoption of self-service reporting platforms as well as any new data science algorithms. This role is critical to delivering long lasting change in how people operate, and use data to inform decisions. The role works closely with the Enterprise Analytics Transformation team and Enterprise Analytics Business Engagement managers to help design and execute change management plans.
