- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or similar.
- At least 10+ years overall experience with 5 years' experience of managing complex high value operation(s) in GCC region.
- Proven experience in commercial management and relationship management with ministries.
- Good understanding of MEP/Civil maintenance and soft service delivery and operations.
