- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or similar.
- 5+ years' experience in similar position preferably in GCC region.
- Good Knowledge of MEP/Civil/Landscaping Systems
- Good knowledge of soft FM service including cleaning, waste management, pest and rodent control, security and porter services.
- Good knowledge of quality, safety, health and environment management, system and regulations.
- Experience of implementing a performance and compliance culture utilizing technology where applicable.
- Ability to plan, organize and supervise multiple teams and be decisive when required.
- Ability to build consensus and relationship among manager, staff, supply chain and stakeholders.
