Olayan Food Division - Dubai - Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment offer Assist with payroll and HR projects. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. Coordinate with Admin. Dept. for visa procedure and Training Dept. for orientation. Liaise with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower. Forward collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews. Prepare promotion letters and other official letters. Establish and maintain files and records on an ongoing basis. Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions. Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records. Assist with performance management procedures.
