F &B Administrative Officer - PH HR Consultant

  • Provides excellent Guest Service

  • Works closely with outside departments such as Human Resources and Payroll to ensure that the F&B department performance reviews, payroll/edits or approvals are done in Time Force Payroll System as well as logs attendance points and types up Corrective Action Notices needed, etc. Tracks paperwork flow between HR/Payroll and F&B

  • Assists management in submitting reviews with PAN as needed before effective date

  • As requested, assists department with scheduling

  • Answers phones, photocopies, faxes, files, scans

  • Orders office supplies for department

  • Keeps F&B Bulletin Boards updated

  • Coordinates interview times between Recruiter and F&B management

  • Processes new hire, transfers, terminations

  • Coordinates with Training Manager for any training needed for F&B

  • Translate as needed
