- To implement and maintain local rules and regulations and International standards needed for maintenance of MEP equipment's.
- Responsible for operation & maintenance annual maintenance contracts development & executions.
- To take the overall responsibility for delivering functional goals including operational uptime, compliance, financial and people development.
- Manage Contracts and also contractors and ensure Value for money solutions are adhered.
Profile
Engineering degree in relevant field with 15 years+ in the facility maintenance industry.
5 years in the GCC with proven managerial experience heading FM contracts.
