Job Summary The Club Lounge Crew is responsible for the set-up, clearing and cleanliness of the Lounge area in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures and brand standards. Must deliver personal service to our VIP Guests and complies with all guest service basics such as proper uniform, name tag and proper guest greetings. Education & Experience College course work in related field helpful. Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required. Computer experience required. Customer Services experience preferred. Physical Requirements Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
