Description
Manage the organizations legal activities and legal team
Work directly with the CEO and aid top management in decision making
Support ongoing IPO processes and manage internal and external stakeholders in this regard
Profile
Candidates who apply will meet all the following criteria:
- LLB/Juris Doctor and qualified Solicitor/Bar membership
- 15 years experience and current role as GC/CLO
- IPO experience in international jurisdictions (preferably NYSE/LSE)
