People Dynamics is a search firm that has been engaged to help our client identify a Application Support Engineer to join their team . Our client is one of the technical captive service center of an leading bank.
The Applicant should possess relevant experience of 6 - 8 years in Banking Application support with sound analytical skills.
Key Account abilities
Providing 24 X 7 1st level and 2nd level support for all banking applications including core banking, Teller system, Card System, Clearing, Treasury & Trading systems.
Providing 1st level, 2nd level support to e-channel applications (Retail Internet Banking / Mobile Banking / SMS Banking)
Coordinating with 2nd & 3rd level support for troubleshooting of major issues
Vendor coordination for new developments, issues & fixes.
