WESTERN TRAINING MANAGER up to 8K QAR for a Five-star Hotel in Doha, Qatar

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related major
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related major
Must be currently in a Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager role for past two years and ready for the next step
With experience in the Middle East (Kuwait, Qatar, UAE etc.) in a 5-star luxury hotel which must be a well-known international brand
Outgoing or active, creative, bubbly, and with pleasant and motivating personality
Extremely organized and demonstrates good planning skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced client driven environment
Demonstrates leadership and customer service skills
Willing to join immediately (max 1 month)
Work location: Doha, Qatar

Salary is up to 8,000 QAR (base pay) depending on experience and qualification plus one-bedroom apartment, 900 QAR as transportation allowance, 21-days vacation leave and yearly flight ticket
