Store Keeper - PH HR Consultant

  • Conduct physical inspection of consignment received, prepare system receiving documents, and report deviation on quantities and materials specification based on Purchase Order.

  • Responsible for the Safe keeping of all Stock and Non-Stock items and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of materials and storage area.

  •  Supervise dispatching and issuance of materials and prepare corresponding documents.

  •  Control and monitor the movement of items with complete documentation and ensure that materials are available when needed.

  • Initiate inventory accuracy by conducting self-checking, system versus physical balance of materials in the store. 

  •  Prepare up to date Inventory Reports as needed by the Inventory Controller and Department Head on a timely manner.

  • Prepare the Store and Stocks for the Quarterly random checking and Year End Stock taking activity. 

  • Coordinate any recommendation for improvement in work areas and procedures to the Inventory Controller. 

  • Maintain clean, complete, and organized file/records.

  • Constant coordination with the Showroom Storekeeper, Inventory Controller and Sales Team.
