· Establish new, and maintain existing, relationships with customers.
· Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions Products as the best solutions for prospective clients.
· Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
· Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
· Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
· Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses.
· Negotiate and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
· Analysing costs and sales.
· Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base.
· Arrange and carry out product training.
· Other duties as required.
