Tiptopjob - Kuwait - The Lead Rigger is responsible for leading all the rigging team while lifting heavy objects to higher elevation on critical locations in the plant with or without the assistance of heavy equipment. Duties and Responsibilities: -Performs a verity of rigging skills in installation and movement of lifted load and equipment. -Familiar with all types of hitches used for rigging. -Familiar with the capacities of lifting machines and lifting loose gears. -Familiar with the lifting related risk assessment. -Ensure that both the rigger and crane operator is familiar with the method of signaling to use. -Ensure that no load lifted, where the weight is not stated or unknown. -Ensure that the lifting gears being used is in good condition, RMD inspected, TPCA certified for use, correctly color coded, and of sufficient capacity to carry out the lift. -Ensure taglines are always attached to loads that are likely to swing. -Be aware of any obstructions within the cra...
