- Responsible for the overall operation of the shop, including team performance, increase sales and profitability, effective cost control and development, training of all team players, control kitchen and bar production and quality of food and drinks.
- Insure that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively within the company’s guidelines.
- Ensure that all menu items are made according to recipe and presented in the correct manner.
- Monitor food production and inventory.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all the recipes products and production procedures.
Maintain high observation over kitchen production.
- Control quality & consistency.
- Prevent issues with customers by pro-active approach.
