Key Purpose:
• To rate analysis and preparation of a technical and commercial bid for tenders.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Scrutinizing of tender documents, find out the discrepancy in the tender documents and Prepare technical clarification letter to the Consultant.
• Preparation of budget estimate.
• Detailed and accurate quantity take off.
• Preparing a sub-contract bid document.
• Technical and commercial evaluation of sub¬contract quotation and negotiation with sub¬contractors.
• Organize dealing with Department staff.
• Preparing material and manpower requirement.
• Cost control of projects.
• Identify and preparing variations and monthly valuations for the projects.
• Verify sub-contract variation and payment certificates.
• Attending site visits and assessing site conditions for tenders.
