Purchaser (FMCG) - Almana Group

Purchase fast moving goods and products to ensure delivery to the Customer or the Division’s store on cost, accurately and on time.

• Carry out purchasing of fast moving goods and products to ensure a timely and accurate receiving either for internal storing or for provision to the customers.

• Source and negotiate for branded items / products under the portfolio of the Company in order to obtain better cost, terms and conditions.

• Process payments on all purchase goods / suppliers from Suppliers to ensure continuity in future purchases and maintain good relationship.

• Coordinate and monitor deliveries of the respective ordered product / stocks to customers to facilitate its receipt within the agreed timeline / deadline.

• Prepare reports and supplier performance evaluations for submission to the management for their reference and decision making.
