JOB DESCRIPTION
• Commission Base 30% Only
• Phone and Petrol Allowance
• Flexible Schedule
• Valid Qatar Driving License required
• Must have your own vehicle
• Identify and understand clients’ needs and financials abilities in order to offer suitable properties
• Visit and show properties to Clients
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between Landlords and Clients generally representing one or both parties
• Attend inquiries within the day
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.) in coordination with office coordinator
• Create a client database
• Advise and answer Clients on market conditions, prices, maintenance etc.
• Follow and Execute mandatory weekly reporting duties
