IT Network & Telecom Engineer

Support the day-to-day maintenance and provision of technical support for effective administration of networks infrastructures at the Company, and to achieve smooth operation of the data network and in order to provide maximum performance and availability for the users, supporting effective business operations.

• Identify and assess user requirements related to the IT network and telecommunication systems and coordinate with Technology Solutions and all related IT functions of Dolphin Energy so as to design/develop and effectively deploy network solutions in order to improve business processes.
• Provide technical assistance to ensure smooth running of IT network operations at all times and maintain uninterrupted flow of work.
• Support the implementation of cabling in accord with Dolphin Energy business requirements.
• Conduct the routine monitoring of the network hardware e.g., active network gear, switches, routers, firewall and remote access and configuration standards for server and workstation hardware, server operating systems and directory systems to facilitate compliance with defined standards.
